Shelby had a pool party to attend tonight. It was held at a hotel with an indoor pool, so she thought it was the greatest thing to be able to swim in the winter. It was technically a sleepover at the hotel, but I just let her attend the party itself for logistical reasons (hotel on the complete opposite side of town, things to do on this side of town in the morning). One of these years we're going to do something like that for Darby since she's been saddled with a January birthday.
